Apparently there was North American dvd release put out by Leisure Time, although I can't find any info on it.

But here is a link to the movie with subtitles.

I haven't seen it yet, but I'm looking forward to it.

I saw this in my local CD/DVD store today, and I did think it was some kind of total Hairspray rip-off movie at first.
