IF it did that, it would all come back--and sounds very unhealthy.
Slow is the only way to keep weight off.

According to the bottle....
Was just perusing my neighborood CVS and saw it.
It does not sound safe, but boy, what incentive to jumpstart one's diet!
(I'm potentially appearing on stage in my boxers in May, so these things are crossing my mind.)

edit--end of May. Sorry. In the beginning, I lost an average of 8 pounds a month. Sounds slow maybe--but it ain't coming back save a return to bad habits.
