Anyone else watching? They're showing Friday the 13th (1980), Humanoids From the Deep (1980), My Bloody Valentine (1981), April Fool's Day (1986), The Slumber Party Massacre (1982), & The Boogens (1982)

"The gods who nurse this universe think little of mortals' cares. They sit in crowds on exclusive clouds and laugh at our love affairs. I might have had a real romance if they'd given me a chance. I loved him, but he didn't love me. I wanted him, but he didn't want me. Then the gods had a spree and indulged in another whim. Now he loves me, but I don't love him." - Cole Porter

I am planning on watching Slumber Party Massacre, but I'll have the whole marathon playing in the background likely.

Okay, I have never seen "Humanoids from the Deep" before...

That nude woman, dorky guy, ventriliquist dummy, fish monster sex scene was quite possibly the strangest thing I have ever seen before.

I have always been amused by My Bloody Valentine.

The worker looking guy with the pick ax is just amusing. The fantastic sewer scene is going on now where the girl slaps the other girl and then they hug. re: Horror Marathon on IFC Tonite

My Bloody Valentine has some good bits.

I like April Fool's Day a lot. Deborah Foreman is an 80s screen goddess and it has Clayton Rohner, the cutie from Just One of the Guys.

Not to mention another screen role from the actor who played Biff Tannen in Back to the Future.

What I've learned from horror flicks:

If you're a virgin, you're going to be alive at the end of the movie . . . unless if you're black, you'll die the first 10 minutes of the movie.

I love me slasher flicks.
