Ok, Not Seriously, it was said by congressman Robert Wexler, who is running unopposed this coming Novermber, on the Colbert Report during Stephen's "Better Know a District" segment.

This is priceless.

i can see it as a snippet in a general gop ad, slipped in with other comments meant to rile folks up.
