Does anyone know the ages of each character? 'Twoud be very helpful if anyone knew.

At least, that's the ages in the original Spanish version. Hope it helps!

Those are the right ages! However, it so deceiving. In the production that Chita Rivera was in and in the new musical I would guess that all the actress look about the same age, which is about 30ish. In the production with Chita, Sandra Oh was Adela...and this was like in 2004.

I've also seen it at a university production too and ofcourse they all looked about the same age too.
