Keep it up, 'Quise, keep it up. Toughest thing I ever did was quit smoking. It was 20 years last week.

WOW! Congratulations PJ for being smoke free 20 years!
My PCP told me that for someone that has been smoking since the late teens that I had a decent chest x-ray. She said that if ever I wanted to quit that now was the time to do it. The news that Peter Jennings was just diagnosed with lung cancer also pushed me to stop.

Marquise - keep it up! I never smoked, but I am at my one year of no longer being embarrasingly fat. I never thought my sister in law would quit smoking, but she is on five years now. PJ - good for you.

My father quit smoking Camel non filter cold turkey in 1970 and he is alive today because of it.

Congrats Marquise. I started smoking when I was 13, stopped when I was 24, started again two years ago, stopped again last year. Hang it there, dude. And the important thing to remember is that if you start again, try to stop again, and not feel like a failure. I'm sure you've seen the commercials... it takes the average person 8 tries.

Alright guys - I'm assuming Boobs will be up in an hour or so, let me be the first to say

"Good morning, good morning, I packed the whole night through, good morning, good morning, to you!" Okay, I actually haven't packed yet. Though I have a pair of pants to wear on the plane on my bed...and that's as far as it gets.

I am SO excited to be at the Beaver Boarding House, and I can't wait to tell you all about "Lennon" and what will most hopefully be some more corrupt activities in San Francisco (after all, DGrant and Boobs have determined I am corrupted when I travel).

Anyhow, this is what I would LOVE to eat for breakfast - but it ain't happening - but enjoy the images!

I'm handing out oranges and plain coffee for those of us watching the waistline (which I have been ignoring as of late).

You can even see shirtless men in G rated movies. So, I really don't get it, nor do I want to. It's just utter nonsense, as far as I'm concerned. (Especially in light of some of the topics that are openly discussed around here.)

Boobs... I had that angel as my avatar for about 15 minutes before it was deleted.

I think the "deletion rules" are kind of vague 'cause I've seen more provocative pics and avatars that stay longer.
