Well, the weekend was fabulous, except for the reason that they came over! The opera was the WORST major company production I've ever 'sort of' seen. I say 'sort of' because I fell asleep THREE times! I was SHOCKED to see a positive review posted in the news section of this site (I think it was from YaHoo, which might explain things.) It truly was horrendous. I ended up wishing she HAD gone into labor - it would have been something interesting to watch!
BUT, other than that, we had a fantastic visit - thanks for asking

Actually, the only thing I really think is uncool here at all is the staggering amount of misunderstandings flying by.

DG, sorry to hear about that. I've tried to listen to Opera, but I just don't have it in me. Glad you enjoyed the rest of the visit with your folks, though.

Boobs - I originally thought so, too - but that's the next follow-up night in our ASCAP workshop. What REALLY stinks is that we're almost literally going to be right around the corner from each other. It's just difficult to be in two places at once!
HOWEVER, I've set aside all day Friday to play with everyone - so shopping and dining here we come!
