Count me in as well...
So, the only question: WHEN?!
(like a tiger on a kitten?!?)
That would certainly be a different kind of "meow"

Well...soon, then! Very soon!
(guess you couldn't go to work after drinking margs all day and eating sugar... no, that wouldn't work...)

Well, that's what I do AT work so...I don't know.
*wishing he lived close to Addy and all the NYC people to join them for the festivities*
That sounds like a good job.

My horoscope.....
When it comes to going after what you want, you won't be willing to take anything less. Put your feet down, and keep them firmly in place.

Mom - as much as I'm hating all this rain, I DO keep repeating to myself, "At least it's not snow!"
Yes but too much rain can be REALLY bad as well.
Actually the snow is quite pretty to look at. The trees look like something from a fairy tale, and with the wetlands there as well one can almost imagine a dragon or two.

Mom - I actually loved the time I lived in 'snow country' - it really IS like a winter wonderland. Eventually, though, I just reached a point where the cold was in NO way appealing
That being said, this winter really has been a lesson in the hazards of too much rain - it's a little frightening to see the destruction. I keep wondering what would happen if we got a good trembler right now. Everything seems destabalized as it is - I wonder if things would just collapse on themselves. Not a pretty thought.
Well I'll keep thinking good thoughts for you! My brother lives in San Jose and Dave has a sister in San Carlos. Hopefully this rain will end soon for you and things can start to dry out a bit.
Take care hon! Another day of running errands. I'll be back later on .
Hugs all!
*meanwhile in Seattle*
I never thought I'd say this, but we need our rain! The tag on the news a couple of days ago was "CA called and they want their weather back", and we want ours back! No rain = no snow on the mountains = drought in the summer.
It has been reported that CA has had more rain than Seattle this year already....
Not hard to believe. I think this has been the dryest Feb. on record... our snowpack is like 20% of normal. Not looking forward to summer...
