Going to NYC in a couple of hours. Dinner with BB (if he can make it) Some shows asnd some shopping. I just love weekends like this.

Yay Friday! Except I have a late rehearsal tonight, then must head into Brooklyn tomorrow a.m. to get my headshots done (and who here really believes I have my outfits, cd's, etc., all together? Of course not - that's a job for midnight tonight when I get home!). I've barely slept in a week, which means I'll look oh so stunning in the pics. Thank God I wear glasses, which hide the bags. I'd like to sleep all day Sunday, but alas, I have a tech rehearsal then performance (which, as I've said before, will have no audience as everyone will be home watching the Oscars).

The good news is, I have a Krispy Kreme donut!

Morning all !!! Dinner with Mom, Dave and Erin was lots of fun !!! There were so many hugs and squezzes exchanged I could hardly breathe. I didn't have to ask who the squeezes were from...ahhh SOMMSY.
Erin is just the sweetest !!!

Coffee is on and there are Krispy Kremes on the table..even a special one for Cookie.
Now I must run and pick up my new toy..hope to see you all later.

Morning, all.

DIRTY ROTTEN is a terrific show, if you haven't seen it. Went last night. Audience loved it. The cast is superb. Norbert, John, Gregg, Sherie and Joanna are all winning. Visited with Greg Jbara--a great guy--backstage afterwards. Beautiful chorus girls, and these are real Women--FOLLIES BERGER quality. It's a yummy show.

Planning the 3/20 "meet 'n greet" for anyone who's interested.

Jose' - with all the good response DRS is getting, I'm sorry we didn't see it when it was in San Diego. Now we don't have enough time to see it on our NYC trip. I'm glad it's working out well for them. How was the score - will it be worth getting the OBCR?

The score is filled with clever lyrics, and musically varied, with melodies that are memorable.

P.S. It felt good to see and hear a musical that actually had songs with hummable melodies. Songs that were easy to listen to, encouraging to remember, and left you wanting to hear them again.
