'morning all! Have to get my butt outta here and get to the post office to mail my brother's birthday present. The post office on a Saturday. UGH! Also have to run to a store now to get my cousins 13 year old a birthday present cause she just decided to have a party for her tomorrow. Not sure what's worse. The post office or shopping. Not to mention trying to figure out what to get Shelby. Think I'll call to get a couple ideas.

Can't wait to hear about ElTico's show. I'm sure he'll be sleeping in this morning.

Happy Sunday all !!! Enjoying a cup of coffee and a blueberry muffin. Trying to catch up on doing my laundry before I go out. My friend JoAnn is having her surgery tomorrow (double masectomy) so I want to go spend sometime with her today. Please keep her in your thoughts tomorrow.

Now a thought for all of you.....The statistics on sanity are that one out of every four persons is suffering from some sort of mental illness. Think of your three best
friends, if they're okay, then it's you.

Our opening weekend was a huge success! People loved the show (A Chorus Line) laughing at all the right (and some unexpected) places and clapping for 5 mins. plus trying to get another bow out of us (they only succeeded the first night when some people went back out onstage... yikes! That has since been corrected) Even though I had some issues with the production, the end product is awesome, we have a very talented cast, and I only wish it was running longer than two weekends (this IS community theater, and it was a labour of love for the director and the choreographer, who financed this show out-of-pocket).

Morning, all. Cute baby pic, Bboobs. Destined to be a heartbreaker even then.

Sinuses are rebelling this a.m....and got news that my eldest niece is being deployed to Iraq next week. She's 21 and in Air Force intelligence. She'll be stationed at Camp Victory in Baghdad. Her counterparts have stayed 6-12 months. On the one hand she's part of the group that reads reports, gets info,etc and briefs the troops that are doing patrols and missions so she's not working in harm's way. On the other hand, the opposing side doesn't especially like the folks in intelligence who are snooping around and deducing their motives/moves.

Please, keep good thoughts going for her. :o)

Beacon your niece and all your family are in my thoughts and prayers. My son is in Air Force ROTC at the University. He's also aiming for intel. He'll be going to Field Training this summer, needless to say I am a bit worried. Many hugs to you!
