OK-
Tab- The original. Tastes like a by-product of some sort of petrochemical accident.
Diet Coke- The first diet drink good enough to be called "Coke." It was the among the first wave of drinks to be sweetened with Aspertame. Available now in all sorts of permutations, including Caffeine Free and Lime. Also available sweetened with Splenda. Not my cup of tea.
Coke Zero- OK- this is tricky. Diet Coke is a Diet Version of Coke. Coke Zero IS Coke, only sweetened with a non-caloric sweetener. Supposedly tastes the most like Coca-Cola Classic.
Diet Coke Plus is Diet Coke with Splenda, fortified with Vitamins and minerals. I'll take a Flintstones chewable once a day and stick with DC.
Pepsi? Who cares? Michael Jackson drinks it. Nuff said.

That's awesome! Congratulations on achieving your goal!
Doing stuff like this lets you know what you're made of. It also tends to make people better cooks, because a lot of people tend to curb the restaurant food.

Flavored seltzer is great--I dilute Poland Spring lime seltzer 1:1 with filtered water. Makes me drink more water during the day.

Posted: 11/27/07 at 3:26pmCoke Zero does not contain Splenda. It's apartame, just like Diet Coke. Only, it's the Coke Classic recipe, whereas Diet Coke is a diet cola recipe. Coke Zero is full of flavor and delicious, just like good old regular Coca-Cola!

Well JB I am really puzzled now- I was going to just apologize but I decided to Google- and while yes, Zero DOES contain some Aspartame, it also has something called ACE-K which is listed as the sweetener in Diet Coke With Splenda. Weird- so is Ace K Splenda?
I'm just going to stick with my DC!

my neighbor is doing weight watchers and it sounds similar to what you did... she's lost like 30-something pounds so far.
