I wonder how this will work.
On one level, I understand that it will be considered income. So if your employer pays $50 per month for your health insurance, you're taxed on the $50 per month.
Of course they collect taxes on any medicine that is dispensed.
But I wonder if they will tax medical procedures. Can a doctor's visit be taxed as "services rendered"?
