So I took up running for 45 minutes everyday..honestly because it gave me an excuse to listen to my CDs..... but after a while I liked it because it made me feel healthier and more energetic. So I was talking to my doctor, or rather, my mom was, and he said that if I wanted to get good sleep for this thing I have to wake up for at 5 tomarrow (something I never do..) I should run about an hour. But I'm dead tired. DEAD tired.
But my doctor insisted that I wouldnt able to sleep, and that running was the thing to do. Really.
And I suppose I could go out, I just wouldnt really be running at my best. Something tells me it's just Friday laziness, but I keep thinking I should really go outside.
and my mom took away the coffee...... all of it....
So how do you all usually stay awake and energetic? Any help would be appreciated thank youu
