Posted: 4/25/06 at 6:29pmok, my high school does not have a musical and a student-ran production has been mentioned before. However, I do not know who to contact or what to do or what websites to go to to get scripts and rights to a performance, etc... to make it happen. Help me out if you can

OOOO! This sounds really interesting!
First of all, I'd start with a small show and get a teacher's support to keep things in order.

We used this program ^^ when our school put on "Les Miserables: School Edition". I obviously wouldn't suggest tackling that show as a frist-time student run production, but that company may have some good shows for you...I'd look around.
