How does one make a ringtone for your iphone from ITUNES music?

Any help will be appreciated. I found many sites that help explain it, but each site has at least one key element on my computer or directions that does not exist. I'm using a PC!

Example: one website says go to your "Tones" on your Itunes, but "tones" is not an option that I see or have in the place it tells me to go!

Try using garage and look up a tutorial on youtube. Or click on bel within the garage app and follow a tutorial.

There are a couple of apps for that, if you do a quick search for ringtone maker on your iphone's app store, I'm sure you'll find them.

Yeah, I did find them...and I follow the directions just fine until I get to a certain point "Ringtones" that name does not show up on my computer to imput the song...the tutorial tells me tons of stuff and I am like I can not go any further as that information does not appear on my screen...
