Hannity & Colmes had a long interview with him. Not only did he use steroids, but he helped others to shoot up. Now he's ratting them all out.

If anyone ever tells you that you put too much Parmesan cheese on your pasta, stop talking to them. You don't need that kind of negativity in your life.

Harty-har-har. Canseco is an incredible sleazeball who can't believe that players can be good without taking steroids. I'm not saying his eyewitness accounts of players shooting up are untrue, but when he doesn't have any eyewitness proof it seems if a player is good (like his supposed friend Roger Clemens) he'll speculate he took steroids, and if he's not too good (like Ben Grieve) he'll say he should have.

I have mixed feelings about Canseco. I find him to be irritating and crass. But at the same time I think he actually serves his purpose. People are actually discussing steroids, maybe now MBL will take testing seriously.

Though it may not be anyone's birthday, And though it's far from the first of the year, I know that this very minute has history in it, we're here!

What really irks me is the occassional comparison to Jim Bouton. There's absolutely no way Canseco's book can be compared to the great Ball Four.
