Because - the moment it disappears some idiot will take carte blanche to post You Tube stuff and it will have to be re-posted. Just the way it has been in the past...

Additionally, new posters coming to the board might not know what the policy is.

It wasn't really meant as a question, more as an "out" for you remove material you knowningly understood should have not been posted.
Think of it as a warning. I would much rather see someone voluntarily remove such material rather than have a moderator delete it and suspend your posting privilege.
