I noticed this around about the time I stuck the delectable Dan Stephens smouldering over his book and instant coffee in my avatar, and assumed it was because you lot were all drooling over him.

Dan or otherwise, I have a view to post ratio of 10:1.

I'm such a slacker...I've been a member since June of '03 and only have;

21071 profile views; and
3548 posts.

It is quality...not quantity... that counts right? RIGHT??

Okay, I'm glad this came up. For the longest time I had a view count of 164 and then suddenly the count went bonkers, nay berserk.

Might the "profile views" be something as ridiculous as each time your avatar etc next your post is loaded? Rather than every time someone clicks on you to view your actual profile? That might explain the post to profile view ratio?

Just a thought.

I know those profile view numbers are wrong because I've posted about 5 times in the last 3 weeks. I don't think anyone is checking out my profile anyway, but especially, when I'm not even around.
