How was your day?

So everyone, how was your day?

Oh, let me tell you about MY day!

Classes weren't canceled, so had to go out in the rain. Wasn't bad at first. On my way to my second to last class - then BANG! CRASH! The lightning FLASH!

I got soaked and had to sit through an hour and a half class soaking wet, as did the rest of the students.

So I went to change my clothes, had lunch, then back to class. On the way back to the dorm, SOAKED - again! New clothes - AGAIN! So now I have to do laundry because I have no more clothes - and its raining again now pretty hard, and I am off to rehearsal for MUSIC MAN.

Earlier today, someone slipped and fell. It was pretty bad, I'm told. An ambulance was called.

*Sigh*

So, what'd you do today?

I finally got my power, cable, internet connection back after they all went out on Friday. It's been a long 5 days.

Mine was pretty bad. I would have thought it was Friday the 13th. I ahd no coffe for the morning so I had to go out in the deluge of rain to get a cup. I lost a diamond earring somewhere in my apartment and have yet to find it. I'm so glad the day is over. Tomorrow has got to be better. Updated On: 9/9/04 at 12:05 AM

CJR - Yes, it was raining cats and dogs today...I hate those days where you get soaked after standing out there for literally 5 seconds...

I'm honestly not sharing this to rub anything in, but the question WAS asked

I watched the sun rise onto the mountain, bringing with it our THIRD clear day in a row (if you've been to SoCal, you know what that means.) I have accomplished what I set out to do, and then some. After sharing the fabulous dinner I made with my love, he's been working on his monologues, and I've been sipping scotch and thoroughly enjoying the boards this evening.

May we all have such balance in our days.

My day was awful because I just thought I lost my mind. I didn't check the top of the webpage, so I didn't know I was on the on-topic message board. I was very scared... they're so... on-topic

I woke up. I went to phys ed. I showered because I was sweaty. I desperately searched IMDB for casting ideas for my Set Design class. I ate lunch. I worked some more. I went to Musicianship and humiliated myself with my godawful sight singing. I worked on Set Design. I went to Set Design. I ate dinner. The whole day was humid, disgusting, and ocassionally rainy.

Now I'm reading the rest of Gorgias because I have an essay due tomorrow. I also have to read the last two acts of Romeo and Juliet. I'm so friggin' tired this post probably wasted 5 minutes of homework time because I can't muster up the concentration to type.

But hey, how could I pass up the chance to whine? I hated my day. How was yours?

i didn't have a good today because after two years i decided to break up with my girlfriend last night....i'm sure she's not having a good day either, but it's for the best. . .

I'm with you Marquise, my boyfriend of almost 4 years and I broke up, and it was for the best but it still sucks!
