I have the worst stomache virus in the world! Anyone know what to take for it? I've been taking pills, drinking alka seltzer, chicken broth with a ton of pepper, and putting cold wet rags on my head. PLEASE HELP!

Ugh. Thanks! I also have a bad fever. I haven't slept all day!
You know what the worst thing about this is? I was supposed to see Martin Short tonight.

get alot of rest and drink plenty of fluids. dont get dehydrated.
i'm sick too but mine is a bladder infection.

Posted: 12/28/06 at 6:33pmThese things just need time to run their course. Best you can do is lay down (even if you can't sleep) and drink some ginger ale. I had a really bad bout of stomach flu 6 months ago, and going on the computer only made me feel worse. Oh and don't eat oatmeal...that just gets messy.

Wow-- I had that on Christmas! I hope I didn't give it to you. I was careful not to private anyone while I was sick.
I was sick (both ends) feverish and headachey. All I did was sleep and run to the bathroom. And it's 4 days later and I'm still feeling blah. I had a baked potato for dinner tonight.
