A lot of friends' grandparents are dying...

This is my first Christmas with divorced parents...

There's a lot of family infighting right now...

still haven't seen a therapist?

1. All four of my grandparents died in the same car accident when I was 2....your friends should be happy they had time with theirs....I never had that joy.

2. Be happy you still have parents that are alive, seperated or not.

3. Be happy you have a family, many people do not.

In other words, think of the blessings you DO have, NOT what you don't.

Now, again......get therapy, it truly would help you (although you seem to have been better recently)
