Oh my gosh, I know! His dialogue is so natural and his characters seem so real. And the way he casts is brilliance, even with the smallest roles. I mean, can you imagine having someone besides Samuel L. Jackson play Jules? Or someone besides Christopher Walken telling the Gold Watch story?

It's clever, that's what I love. There aren't any throwaway lines, all of it has a point and it's so random. 'Royale with cheese'? Who else would've thought of this great scene? And the music he uses rocks. Everything is done to perfection. And the long fights in Kill Bill could have easily gone the way of the Matrix and become boring, but his cinematography and the mix of lights and music keep it fresh.
