I Want to Paint a Pumpkin...Any Ideas?

Our school Art Club is having a pumpkin contest (absolutely nothing major) and I wanted to participate. I was going to paint a "pig" pumpkin, but changed my mind because I don't want to buy another pumpkin (can you say cheap?). I am looking for something creative and different, that wouldn't be too difficult.

Well, I won a first grade pumpkin design contest with my Woody Woodpecker carving design. It was damn good, too.

You could do the Superman crest in honor of Christopher Reeve.
