I am starting an improv group

This is a project that I will be working on in my community. Most improv groups here consist of much younger people and students. This is most likely going to be 40 plus age group. Are there any suggestions that people could please give me? This is also something that I feel I would be good at as well, even though I haven't acted since the 80's.
