Has anyone ever had chipotle? I love it! But no one on the east coast seems to know what it is?!?!?

I live in Texas and I love Chipotle. They are popping up on every corner (just like Starbucks and Gap)

Hre I thought you were talking about the pepper and of course it's hot, but as I read the thread, it appears to be a chain....hee hee now it makes sense! I'm sure that I'd like it since I like spicy things!

There's one around the corner from me on east 52nd street and I hit it at least once a week...really great tasting food!

I think there's a chipotle sauce at Subway...and that is the only place I have heard it used.

O No! LoL Chipotle is a Mexican Chain that makes burritos that are like the size of your head! They are amazing!

Now here is the next question... How do you like your burrito made?
Me:
Rice
Steak
Mild sauce
Tons of sour cream
Little lettice
Tons of cheese
and Guac on the side!

You guys should ask them to mix it up... it taste so much better because its more even!

I think chipotle is a type of smoked chili pepper/ It is not too hot. I love Tex when I am visisting in CA. I live in CT and they dont know much about that cuisine. Incidentally. chipotles are supposed to mix well with chocalte in candy.

I love chipotle too, but the only thing i dont like is the very limited menu. The hardshell tacos and barittos are AWESOME. I want one now!! :-P
