I cleaned my room today!

I cleaned my room today and I found:
-A $10 gift card to Target
-My favorite black skirt
-$13.66 in change
-a bracelet I haven't seen in two years
-my phone!
What have you found lately?

my room looks like a train wreck right now... it has a tendency to reflect the state of my life :)

when i get around to cleaning it, ill let you know if i find something i didnt expect.

I recently cleaned my room and found
-a hideous scarf that I bought in 5th or 6th grade and wore once
-an old Block Buster gift card
-A picture of Anthony Warlow
-old CDs (I listened to the Backstreet Boys at one point in my life?)
-stationary and return address labels
-a camera
-about 12 pairs of socks that I couldn't find matches for


Where do socks go, anyway...?

I feel ya---I found a whole BAG of socks. I don't know why they were in a bag, but there were like, 30 of them. Crazy

started cleaning my room today and I have to say the best find was my HAIRSPRAY CD!!!! Man, I dont know how long its been missing but it was under my ad dolly mat in the wrong case and everything.

Maybe that's where I'll find my missing Aida CD.

In the mean time I'll have to settle with dirty socks and underwear.

My room is in slight explosion mode. I never find anything cool in my room though we do have aztec gold in our attic left over from last year. (long story)

I did that last week though I still have MUCHO to do. But at least I have a floor now!

I found

1) An old check (but still within the cashable period) for $93.67
2) A $25 Gap Gift Card
3)Many random playbills, tickets
4) A pretty ring
5) 2 Pearl necklaces (Got 'em for my Bat Mitzvah in '99)
6) Some medicine that I actually ended up needing
7) Many cast recordings and DVDs or movies that I had bought but never seen
My game boy

I'm still looking for my noise-reducing headphones from Radio Shack - they were in a baggie and have my iPod headphones too. Meaning I'm headphoneless. If anyone finds them, please send them to me!

I threw out so much trash and stuff - ridiculous. I'm such a pack rat/broadway collector.

I am a not a slob. I am messy. I think of a slob as someone who leaves dirty plates in the bed. That I am not. I am messy messy. Apparently it's a reflection of my psychological states. Which makes me a very very confused person according to such logic.

My room is ususally as neat as a pin.
But lately it has been a disaster.
Like you guys, it tends to reflect my current state. But I'm not busy right now. At 8 hours of class a week, I've never had more free time!
But it's made me LAZY!
I don't have the energy or motivation to clean my room.
I'd rather just trip over the piles on the way to my alarm clock to hit the snooze three times in the morning.
