Posted: 8/16/05 at 11:29pmI have a cold. It's getting better, but still, ugh. I missed a day of shopping because of it and high school starts (or at least orientation starts) in 3 weeks!

Hope you get better! I know what you mean, being sick on the first day of High School would suck, I'd be so frusterated with finding my classes and blowing my damn nose. Thank god that hasn't happened to me yet so far in High school.

Posted: 8/16/05 at 11:52pmNope, it's actual school. It has something to do with the fact that agriculture is really vital in NC, or something. I don't know. The good thing is that we get out early. Usually in May or very early June.

I was sick last week. Out of work for 2 days with a fever and cold symtoms.
Try those Zycam swabs...they work wonders.

Being sick sucks. I use that airborne stuff - it's nasty, but it does work if you use it early enough.
School doesn't start here in NJ till after Labor Day. I'm sure my students are really disappointed!
