How do you get rid of a cold really really quickly? i'm dying. PS - if you live in NYC and are a cute boy, feel free to bring me soup.

Zinc lozenges work to decrease the severity of a cold, but it's not a miracle cure.

Drink lots of orange juice. And perhaps Cranberry.

I recommend sprinkling some cayenne pepper into your orange juice. It really helps.

Oh boy does it suck to be you. I just got over a cold, and I really am sorry. Drink LOTS of water. Just when you think you've had enough, drink more. Keep a bottle by your bed so you can drink while you sleep. Seriously, it really does help. Fred and Ginger movies, chicken soup, and a bunch of I LOVE LUCY trivia!!! Good luck with that!
