In the last...6 months I think, there has been 5 officers killed in South Florida. That's 5 way too many.
Last week, a cop killer was out on the loose and every single college, private and public school was on lock down in the county. That's over 250 schools. Many school were code red, which means students must "hide" under their desks, all lights must be out and all computers must be turned off and all doors locked. Classes that were in portables couldn't go to lunch until 2 hours after their planned lunch. One child (in 6th grade) had to relieve himself in his pants because he couldn't leave to use the restroom.
The guy that shot an officer in Philadelphia was caught near here. And who caught him? My director from my one act show I was in a couple years ago. Just yesterday, two cops were in a collision while responding to a call. Who was one of the officers in the collision? My director. He's apparently in critical condition. I'm quite worried.
Addition to the cops being killed, there has been, I think, 4 robbery's involving armored truck drivers. The latest one (which happened this morning) has been shot.
What's happened to safety?
I'm sorry if you feel this was an unnecessary thread. At least it's not another "Broadway Strike" thread....

Because, as you recall, you were once rather cruel about Hispanic people in the US not speaking English.

He was in a theatre class a couple years ago where they had to direct one act plays. I was in the play he chose.
He was a cop back then also.

Well, that unlikely fact was presented without any context in your post.
Your rant does your subject a disservice by equating cop-killing with two cop cars colliding with a 15-year-old peeing himself.
I called you thoughtful in your birthday thread--but this post is so incoherent, it seems like you were high on something when you wrote it.
