HUZZAH! It's so pretty. But, I have a quick question. How do I get movie trailers on it?

Thanks, but it doesn't help my problem. I finally got the trailer on my iPod, but all I hear is audio and the actual video is not playing.

Are you playing it from the video menu or the Music menu?

The music menu allows you to play audio only of a video file, so that might be your problem.

No, I am playing it on the video portion, not music. But, no matter what I do, I get music . . . no video.

A lot of times videos don't work on the iPod anyway. Is it actually an iTunes file or just a video you tried to manually load? It could be a file type compatability problem.

Are you near an Apple store? The employees there (in the one I go to, anyway) are super friendly and really knowledgeable.

No . . . the nearest ones are over 2 hours away. I actually bought mine at Target.

I wish they would sell iPods without the video capability because that is what makes it so expensive (and then now I can't use it)

That's the most likely reason it's not working. I have that problem sometimes as well.

Get the extended coverage for you iPod. It's the only device I would recommend it for. I'm on my THIRD replacement.
