Is it Dousoeur de Paris? I did a search because I have no life.

You're use of your "no life" is much appreciated.
10th Avenue is a bit of a shlep, but the place looks good.
Personally I much prefer the spelling of "macaroon" and the sound to the French version.

They are pretty bland and dry as I recall.
Now a macaroon, on the other hand, is like dinner it's so rich!!!!
Yum.
And chocolate macaroons are further yum when made well!!!

Yes, that's it. It's tiny (2 tiny tables inside), The sweet proprietress is Diane. It's a bit pricey, but the quality is YUUUMMMM! They have cappucino, etc, sandwiches, sometimes. You have to ask.
On the next block over, there's also a superb, hidden gem, a Thai Restaurant called OLIENG (also 4 tables inside). Fantastic, super reasonable food. The Pad Thai, and the Thai spicy Beef Salad - everthing is superb.) Ck it out if you're in the district. Vastly superior than the 9th Ave parade of mediocre Thais. The mother cooks!
