It was by a company called Première Pression Provence and it was called "Obtenue Par Pressage Simultané D'Olives & Mandarines". The orange flavor was abundant, but not overwhelming and it tasted great on sweet baguette.

Thanks for the recommendation. Sounds like it would complement a citrus salad very nicely.
Have you tried walnut oil? Now that's something extra special. Hazelnut oil, too. I recommend walnut oil on the classic pear, walnut, Roquefort salad. Delicious.
