Because the price of a stamp is going up next week.
Why don't they just make it easy and bump it up to 40 cents?
If anyone ever tells you that you put too much Parmesan cheese on your pasta, stop talking to them. You don't need that kind of negativity in your life.

Uhhh!!! I heard about that! That is ridiculous beyond belief!!
I can remember when stamps where like 9 cents- and I'm not even that old!
