"I'm sick of when one posts something that had been posted a while before, getting a "this has been posted before" message."
If it's something that's been asked and answered before (sometimes multiple times), posting the link to the other thread is totally acceptable. Even the newest newbie has the search function at the top of the board, and it's one link away from the "Post Message" that they use so readily.
I'm sick of:
Humidity (ruins my hair, my plans, my mood)
People that think "New York" only means Manhattan
Computer viruses/trojans/etc and the people who create them
