Yeah I have Norton Anti-virus software; its running a bunch of tests right now. I deleted everything on my comp, including AIM b/c I think thats the bastard that did it to me.

As for my friend's girlfriend... He and I have had many a conversation about her, trying to figure out what to do. He's tried to explain me to her and she doesn't want to hear any part of it. I won't even acknowledge her presence because of some childish BS she pulled with me 2 months ago. (hello-- you're a grown woman, act like it) She maintains I'm after him and I'm sad to say it's really putting a strain on our friendship.

No, I've actually never met her. We had a little run in on the phone that consisted of her calling me up and getting all bitchy and then hanging up on me. Real mature, right?
I don't call him at home because of her. It's a rare event that he calls me because of her... We can't go hang out because of her -- she flips out whenever I'm mentioned, supposedly. The only time I really get to see him or talk to him is at work. Luckily, my office is only about 3 blocks away from where he works.
I just think it's BS. You know what, I've known him for years.. she has a problem with how close we are... she's only been around a few months (5, to be exact. Not that I'm counting or anything). If anything was going to happen between us, it would have happened long ago... She just doesnt seem to get that.

In her mind, something is going on with you and him. She can't fathom the thought that a man and woman can be friends without anything romantic happening with them. She's obviously not as sure of him as she'd like to be, or she wouldn't be the least bit concerned. She'll wind up alienating all of his friends, and one day the lightbulb will go on in his head and she'll be a goner. Sounds like a similar situation that happened with a very good friend of mine.

I really do not like her. He could do SO much better.... and I feel like beating that fact into his head. Like I said, her issue is that we're as close as we are. I tell him I love him and vice versa -- to her that means there's something going on. *sigh*
