I went to her new Sony run website, and it has samples of all the songs on her CD including a toned down version of Taylor, the Latte Boy. Despite loathing this sort of music with a passion, and actually mocking Kristin's look on the CD---sorta looks like she's going for the saved Christian woman look that you see on the Wal-Mart check out aisle...I would actually still buy it because it's the Cheno...or K-Cho if you prefer :p.

Now I know what a huge fan of Kristin Chenoweth I am. However, I still this whole CD makes her seem like Christian Chenowrath.

Here is the site:

Nothing, I just said that I would have never imagined myself buying a Christian music CD. But because of Chenoweth, I will.

Sorry if it was sounding like I was mocking Christianity, I didn't mean to...just the music.

Just out of honest curiosity- does that extend to classical things? ex. Bach's Mass in B Minor.

No, I also love Ave Maria too. I guess I just meant the Country/Christian crossover types. There's nothing wrong with it, I just don't like it myself.

I'm not particularly into "Jesus music" myself. I understand that intent is usually harmless, but it makes me uncomfortable. I've gotten over it to the extent that I can sing the aforementioned Mass in B Minor, though. I quit chorus in high school because I couldn't take praising Jesus anymore.
