“FurrLesque” — a burlesque-style show featuring 14 guys who identify as bears, cubs, otters, wolves and even a honey badger — takes audiences on a journey through the lives of these hirsute gay men as they navigate the Boystown nightlife scene.
The cast of “FurrLesque” is made up of everyday guys who generally fit the “bear” stereotype of a large, hairy man. They range from experienced dancers to those who have never stepped foot on stage, and covers various forms of burlesque.
“While most of the show is rock music — sorry boys, no Lady Gaga or Britney Spears — we also feature a hip-hop number and a number using music from ‘The Barber of Seville,’ ” explained Rick Heintz, 39, the show’s producer. “We really worked hard to keep the ‘tease’ that is associated with burlesque in the show.”

What's a honey badger?
What a great idea for a show! I wish I could see it!
And I'd love to know who identifies as a 'Honey Badger' too...
I expect a blond...where's the vid?!

From the urban dictionary:
In the parlance of trendy gay men, a honey badger is an overbearing, very hairy gay male. A "honey badger" is most often seen talking far too close to his friends and gentlemen callers and exhibits extreme chest/arm/back hair in public.
"Oh my goodness, Andrew is such a honey badger. He is all over Jake and has back hair for miles. Honey badger don't care!"
