In order to be able to fall asleep and get up really early on wed, I did not go to sleep at all last night. Aren't ya proud?!

Caffeine is your friend. And on the occasions I have had little or no sleep, I find that I go out the other side of being tired and am not sleepy at all.

Just don't drink either one in excess...although I do, and seem to sing just fine. Alcohol is the worst as far as beverages go. Stay away from that (and milk of course) and you'll be okay.
