I tried Crossfit today!

Today I tried my first Crossfit class. I have been wanting to try this for a while, and today I went for it. All I had to say is boy oh boy I am sore! I had a freaking blast though! I cannot wait to go again I am hooked. I have a feeling that this workout plan is really going to get me the results I am looking for.

I did Crossfit a few months ago with a friend and that sh*t is intense! I loved it... but the box memberships are just too much... good luck with it!

I did crossfit for a couple months to get ready for an audition and it did wonders for me.

Too bad it's a cult that takes over your social life too. I bet your social media walls are full of pictures of the boards showing the WODs.

I lovingly refer to any Crossfit gym as "the prison yard".

You go in as the Average Joe and come out acting like Joe from Family Guy when he got new legs.
