but lately, for some reason, adults dressing up and acting like idiots just gets on my every last gay nerve. Guess I've lost my inner child.
Amen!
I'm 14 and I lost Halloween spirit in the 6th grade. Then again, I was never HUGLEY excited about Halloween to being with.
Halloween used to be my favorite day of the year. Even last year I went all out...but this year I just haven't cared much.
It doesn't help at all that it was 90 degrees here today.
I've never been a hardcore Halloweenie, but I at least looked forward to it as a time to spend with friends, watching a hockey game or having dinner, then capped with RHPS at midnight. This year, for some reason, I can't get in the spirit. I think it's the S.A.D. hitting me early.
(I'm STILL looking forward to the discounted candy bags tomorrow though, and as long as I have taste buds, that will never fade away.)
I think it's the S.A.D. hitting me early.
No Tiff, it's the damn OLSAS deadline!
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHH!!!!
Ask me what I've finished in the way of my OLSAS app. Ask me. Okay, I'll tell you - I'm halfway through my autobiographical sketch. (Haven't found the verifiers.) That's it. Have started question 1 for Windsor - in point form. Haven't even looked at anything else. I'm in heaps of trouble. I suppose I should just stay on BWW and wallow in everyone's emotional support instead!

It's been an extremely quiet Halloween in my neighborhood. I had only one trick-or-treater and he was about 17 years old and dressed in combat fatiques. He didn't even hava a bag for his treats.
This is somewhat better than last year when I got 0 trick-or-treaters.
As I was giving out those little boxed YooHoo's, I guess I'll be having lots of YooHoo with my lunches for the next week or so.
