You are very welcome here Boobs.
Paella! I'm jealous. Makes me think about the first time I had that dish about 10 years ago in South Beach! Yum!
Ahhhh..thank you my darling Iris. Same when you come into NYC...although you'll have to travel into Jersey. Oh hell...I'll treat you to dinner in the City. Although my friends and family do run to my house when I make my Ziti in Vodka sauce.

Jungle;
I was laughing reading your post. the one time I was in atlanta I could never find anything because all the streets were called Peachtree. And now you are going to Peachtree plaza. Dear god it never ends.
I had a similar experence in Atlanta. but jungle helped me like you would not beileve.
I'm on vacation this coming week, so whoo hoo!
Tonight: martinis and The Hartford Stage for "Crowns"
Tomorrow: my partner and I driving up to Northampton, Mass (waycool college town with huge lesbian/gay population - hey, we have to celebrate Coming Out weekend!)
Sunday: Last performance of "The Frogs" (loved it, Nathan!)
Have a fun weekend, all!
Hi Jungle.
Iris,
Yes, everything in this town is Peachtree something, but you get used to it. Our favorite diva, Elton John, is a part-time resident and is about to release a new CD called...ahem..."Peachtree Road". He's going to premiere the songs from it by giving a couple of concerts here in early November. Atlanta is a fun town - you should come back to visit it sometime....then it'll be peach daquiris (as well as mojitos) all around!

Hi Boobs!
What's shaking sunshine?! Peace, love and understanding coming atcha from the Peach State!
-Jungle
A bouquet of flowers for you Jungle from the Garden State.
and an Apple for you from the Empire State.
Have a blind date tonight (and plan on having a pearl necklace (vanilla vodka, frangelico and bailey's) at Barrage, a gay bar in Hell's Kitchen), then having a second cable line installed tomorrow (for my bedroom). Not sure about sunday.
I'm going to have a romantic weekend with my sweetheart in a B&B at the Shore. And enjoying the festivities of a dear friend's wedding.
The beach in September.
Close friends.
Champagne.
Sex in a B&B.
Perfect...
You know, Adgal. Nobody likes a bragging bitch.
Why thank you, Boobs! The flowers smell wonderful and the apple is delicious. Last Saturday we drove up to north Georgia apple country (about an hour and 1/2 from Atlanta). It's beautiful there in the foothills of the Appalachian mountains and one can purchase apple anything...apples, apple pies, apple cider, apple bread, apple butter...at roadside stands. I even got my Halloween pumpkin for my front porch!
By the way, betcha' didn't know that I lived in both NY and NJ when I was a wee tyke?! 'Tis true!

Jungle...I have this theory that most people have lived in NJ at some point of their lives...even for just a month.
I am marrying jrb_actor this weekend.
So I guess I'll see Saturday night Son, being he's having dinner with me.
Boobs...
Billy Joel would say to you..."You may be right"...
Then, he would then turn to his new child bride and continue "...I may be crazy, but I just may be the lunatic you're looking for".
Happy Friday!
