Oh, come on. Patsy Cline learned much of what she knew about singing (which was a lot) FROM Judy Garland. Cline herself, and every other singer of her era, would be appalled at your comment.
If there's one thing Garland never did, it was sound like she had been auto-tuned.

Patsy by a hair. Tammy runner up. One possessed the most glorious voice ever in country music and the other is responsible for penning the greatest country song. The vocalist and writer in me are torn :)
