This viewpoint lacks the fundamental understanding that this is how the system works. That right, biggots. In the good ol' U-S-of-A, existing laws get challenged, and (if necessary), they are re-examined by the courts, and they get changed.

That's it. No "activist judges" bull-crap. It's the democratic system. Get over it. The "people" can be, and many times ARE, wrong.
