But this is Tarantino directing. If he can get a great performance out of the otherwise plastic-expressioned Uma Thurman in Kill Bill, he can definitely pull the goods out of Pitt.

I think Pitt is transparent, but I don't think he usually ruins movies.

I was interested in this film. But the trailer kind of turned me off.
