A couple of nights ago, I was watching Insider late at night, around 2 am. I saw a clip of an upcoming segment, and it had a crying mother on the Dr. Phil show. She kept saying stuff like "I can't believe I did that..." and Insider labeled her as "Worst Mother in the World." Well, I fell asleep before the segment aired, so can anyone tell me the background to this story and what exactly happened with this woman? Is it as serious as it sounded, because these entertainment shows always try to make stories sound more horrible than they actually are.
