Until recently, and still sometimes, I have suffered from Insomnia.
For me it's caused by a combination of stress and watching too much TV or being on the computer. The brain cannot rest of it's not relaxed.
I find I need to tire myself. So exercise.
I'm not big on indoor exercising. I try and find other ways.
In the winter I ski. In the summer I swim in the ocean. At other times I will dance and/or have some wine. Walking or jogging can help.
Most recently I started a new job that has a longer commute and longer work hours, so I'm pretty sure that's what's solved my problem.
