I'm just like you dramarama. Between 3-4 I'm up and can not relax enough to get back to bed.

So, these levels spike and increase physical arousal (no, not THAT kind), and we wake up. It then goes on to say it might have some correlation with higher metabolic levels, but I find that highly suspect given that, at age 24, I have the metabolism of an ant. Or so it seems, given my propensity to weight gain.
