Internships in NYC?

I'm looking for an theatre-related internship in NYC for next summer.
Do you know of any theatres that have internships for college students?
I have a couple of places to apply to, but I'd like to have as many as possible, as internships are so hard to come by.
I'm interested in directing, playwriting, acting, producing, and just about everything else.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You might want to get a subscription to Artsearch or check if your library subscribes to it. It's published by Theatre Communications Group www.tcg.org
You might want to check at the Public Theatre. I think they have internships for Shakespeare in the Park.

*bump*
Please dig into the depths of your mind for any possible leads on this.
The more I can apply for, the better my shot.
I'd really appreciate it.

FloweryFriend-
Try http://www.idealist.org
The Internships link is on the right on your screen (there's also an Organizations link-if you do that link, the specific page for the organization will list internships,if available, available jobs, the organization's mission, etc). Idealist is a great resource for jobs, volunteer opportunities, and internships in the arts, social services, etc. It's not theatre-specific,of course, but you might find something there. Some may be administration-related.
http://www.offbroadwayonline.com (the official Off Broadway site) has information on over 200 Off-Broadway theaters. They have links to theater webpages (if one exists, but most have a site),and that might lead you to more information. If you look to the left side of the screen, the site also has a Career link that lists jobs and volunteer opportunities (includes internships). It's a really neat site in itself-you can sign up for mailing lists (for theaters),search by category (children's, African-American,etc),neighborhood,etc. Very well-organized.
And here's the Google directory listing for theatre information:
http://directory.google.com/Top/Arts/Performing_Arts/Theatre/
I hope this is useful in some way....
