Iron Man 3 set for May 3, 2013 & will be 1st IM film distributed by Disney.

"Iron Man 3" is scheduled for a May 3, 2013 release and will be distributed Walt Disney Pictures. Marvel Studios paid Disney $115 million for transfer rights. It will be weird to see the Walt Disney Pictures logo before this film begins.
