Yeah, but that involves buying a zillion different ingredients, most of which will go bad after I use them that one time.
My main problem is the "cooking for one."
I hate having leftovers, and it's difficult to cook just the right amount for one person.
So I usually stick to salads, and eggs, and chicken, and fish.
